In addition, members of the leadership team have spent years focused on potable water treatment, water disinfection strategies, and water management programs for healthcare and commercial facilities. Total Services Group and Leadership History
Total Services Group was founded in 2003 with a commitment to delivering reliable, technically driven water treatment solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional facilities. Over the years, our company has expanded to provide a wide range of services including industrial water treatment, reverse osmosis systems, filtration, water softening, chemical treatment programs, and system cleaning services throughout the United States.
While Total Services Group maintains a strong foundation in industrial water treatment, the company’s leadership team has spent the past decade heavily focused on potable water management, water disinfection strategies, Legionella prevention, and healthcare water safety. Through this experience, the leadership team has worked directly with hospitals, healthcare systems, and commercial facilities across the country to improve water quality, remediate contaminated systems, and support compliance with water management program requirements.
In addition to field services, Total Services Group provides hands-on training programs for facility personnel. We train maintenance and engineering teams on water treatment system operation, testing procedures, monitoring practices, and equipment management for systems such as boilers, cooling systems, water softeners, filtration systems, and any additional water treatment equipment. Our goal is to help facilities better understand their systems so they can identify issues early and maintain long-term operational performance.
Members of the leadership team have also provided training and educational support related to water management programs, potable water disinfection, and Legionella risk reduction, including presentations and guidance involving CMS-related water safety initiatives. Through years of practical field experience, the leadership team has assisted in the remediation and restoration of potable water systems in facilities nationwide to support safer, cleaner water delivery.
As part of our continued innovation efforts, Total Services Group developed a dry-feed chemical treatment system designed to reduce the volume of liquid chemical stored on-site while minimizing spill risks and improving overall safety. This approach allows facilities to maintain effective treatment programs while implementing safer and more efficient chemical handling practices.
